Shipping policy

We aim to ship all items within 3-5 days of the order being placed, using standard third-party carriers. If for any reason your items are delayed we will contact you using the information provided to us at checkout. For any orders which have not arrived to you within 28 days of the order being placed, please contact us at tedoswalddesigns@gmail.com. 

For all orders over 20kg we will contact you directly to arrange delivery, using the information provided to you at checkout.
