Refund policy

Any unwanted and unused items can be returned to us in a sellable condition, within 60 days of your purchase.

For a free returns label, please contact us via email: tedoswalddesigns@gmail.com, and we will assist you with arranging a free return. 

Once your returned items have been received, we'll check them over and issue you with a refund for the items which have been returned to us in a sellable condition. 

Please ensure that goods are well packaged when you return them to us, so that they arrive in original condition. 

If the worst happens and you receive items which are not up to our standards, please contact us via email on tedoswalddesigns@gmail.com to arrange a replacement.
